I redesigned Dry's Referral program experience. The goal was to increase conversion rates for users referred through the app.

Users can share their referral link with friends and family who have not yet placed an order on the app. Once your friend uses your code, they will receive a R$20.00 discount on their first service order on the app. When the order is completed, you will receive R$20.00 as a credit to use on a service order.

Problems

The refer and earn experience was not very dynamic, with too much verbose text. The interface is confusing, making it difficult for the user to navigate, as there is no clear CTA. In addition, the lack of hierarchy in the information contributes to the user getting lost. The buttons compete for attention, making it difficult to identify exactly where the user should click. In short, the experience presents several challenges that undermine the user's main objective.
